room size as i booked was 270 sqft but offered a quite low size 120 sqft. manager said in delux category, this room only is served also room ac was horrible. initial 2 hr it worked fine. after that it was auto setting temperature at 28c and room cooling went away

best hotel in abu road . .hotel the royal dattani services of the staffs is very good ..great experience nd the restaurant food and service is awesome nd food is tasty

The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-kept bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities needed for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The room was all dirty, with untidy sheets, spiders and webs around, the TV wasn't working, no wifi range in the room. When we asked for the room change, as they opened the other room, insects were there & the washroom was very dirty. Really a bad experience. We had no other option as it was non-refundable, somehow got through the night. PS - they don't have jet sprays.

I must say hotel staff was very helpful and caretaking because when we ask anything they will clear everything whatever it may be.rooms were good enough with basic amenities,hot water facility was there.importent part was location was on road. Over all nice experience.
