I visited the place on 31st December 2022. The location is quite remote.Secondly the service is extremely poor and takes ages (even a morning tea gets delivered after 2 hours of order after multiple calls). They have no coordination among the reception and the OAK hotel which provides food services. This hotel is extremely pricey and poor taste. They cannot prerpare a simple chickdi properly and on time. When I was offered a room the toilet was not clkeaned andf i had call to clean it. Just imag ...more

worst hotel total waste of money Dirty Bathroom with No Amenities even no Cup No Glass , Neither Complimentary water bottle we demand same & Manager on reception denied that we are not providing water bottle or other Toiletries No soap also restra isn't good it's looks No Care for the guest, Swimming pool too dirty it hasn't clean for the month's.... Don't suggest to stay here....
