Location mind blowing, no need of any photo I'd or address proof, understaffed but polite, kind enough to upgrade our room, laundry person was on infinite leave(thank goodness we carried our own towels).whole night loud music right next to our cottage...owner rude on asking to lower the music.A group of 15-20 boys drinking right next to us.. felt very insecure as we were just 2 ladies Mom and me.(owner falsly told that sound won't reach inside the cottage) we believed it was sound proof but it w ...more

First of all let me mention that is is not a "hotel" hotel. It is a very different experience all together. We reached early without informing Kinkar (the owner of the place) and were settled in our cottage in less 10 minutes with a hot cup of tea! The cottage was clean and the bathrooms were big. There is a TV inside the cottage but I doubt you would be spending much time inside. Rustic Pine is about 10 odd kms from the city and ideal for those who want to relax during their vacation. Rustic Pines surrounded by serene mountains. However the place is very far from the main city area if you dont have your own vehicle one should avoid going here. No public transportation/Ola/uber available around it.
Talking about service and amenities it was very average.

I would start as it's a nice place to stay away from city,calm and serene.Suggest to keep a vehicle because there is no convenience to reach to this place.owner is great and work hard to reach each one satisfaction.Helpers are not so supportive.Cottage stay was good but few things need regular maintenance like geyser was leaking and not working.there was no Almirah.We stayed for two days but regarding room service there is no concept.No room phone.As I was with my wife it seems unsafe also in ni ...more

Five stars to the Owners who are running the hotel for all their efforts. The rustic cottages are really designed beautifully with nice clean bathrooms ( they need exhaust fans although). Nevertheless well ventilated rooms and cottages. Recommended for bachelors and students for parties. For families traveling from far , the access road to the place seems a little abandoned. And they need improvement on their staff's training. Finally for the Owners .... you require a nice name plate which can be visible in the night from far also :-)

room service not done. very far from the main city. in 1 night stay I told them that water is not coming in bathroom. no any facilities of intercom in the room so I have personally wondered to find the person who is handling the hotel. there is no any cupboard in the cottage. no any hanger for towel or napkins. they have not changed towels and napkins also in my room. very poor experience. cheap guest house is good than that.
