Staff are busy with eachother. the amount of help they want to do is giving directions while making faces. Location is good, but have enough decency that your staff can atleast get me a cup of Chai.Zero to nill interaction btw staff and people. They don't even want to show a small courtesy that they might help. And later have the audacity to make a smiling face and ask for a good review.

The only good thing about this hostel is its location and you can bring outside food and drinks. I stayed there with a group of friends in a dorm room on 2nd and 3rd June 2025. The cafe closes at 10 PM. Room wasn't clean during our stay. The room service was denied saying staff is not available. Rooms are very small. We felt congested and claustrophobic. Also, its way expensive. Not at all worth the hefty price.

So I had my stay in Artbuzz ( Social Stay ) where I stayed for 5 days and it was worth staying in this beautiful property and also management was very polite very cooperative And after 2 weeks I again stayed in this property for 1 day as I again came back just because to enjoy the view of property If anyone is planing to go Kasol I would highly recommend to book you stay at Social Stay Art buzz there you will meet Mr Dinesh property Supervisor very nice person calm an jolly by nature very hel ...more
