Bathroom exhaust fan was not working, room had weird smell. bathroom floor had cockroaches and hair. Although they sprayed some room freshner. pillow and beds had moses. curtains and floor mat were dirty. Also someone hit my bike in the parking and no one informed.

"KUDOS TO YOUR HOSPITALITY". It was a peaceful experience. Doms and Washroom are neat and clean. Most importantly the hotel staff was very helpful and caring especially There was a mistake in booking this property and "Himansh" came forward to resolve that issue. He is a very down to earth person. The location is very close to Mall road.

i recently stayed at ArtBuzz Mussoorie and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the hills. The staff, especially deepak were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay memorable. The location is peaceful, about a 10-minute walk from Mall Road, which was perfect for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mussoorie.

the experience was amazing and specially was the head of this branch has coordinated a lot in planning nearby activities for me absolutely he is an amazing person puts all round extra efforts into this work,. the rooms were comfy and spacious with proper hygiene . view from roof top cafe was fabulous, as clouds touching us
