Location wise hotel is bit near to Mall road. Otherwise it's not worth spending per night. Rooms need a serious repair. A swimming pool is missing in this so-called 4 star hotel. A small children's play area is there as an add on thing but to my surprise that too needs repair. So as per our experience this is a 2 star hotel near mall road.

View from the hotel is good. But from that I am finding it very difficult to say any other feel good factor about this hotel. Certainly Hotel is not worth of giving 4 star.
The room was very cold and there was no temperature control mechanism available. Heater was available at chargeable basis and when we shown our unhappiness about the facilities then they agreed to provide at no charge.
Any request used to take minimum 2 hours to address. Room was very dirty and the hotel staff took 2 hours ...more

Disappointing Stay - Not a 4-Star Experience
This hotel is significantly overrated. What was advertised as a 4-star property felt more like a low-budget 2-star establishment. My experience was riddled with issues, making it a very disappointing stay.
