the resort was overall good. the room was nice and clean. the buffet was great. the vibe and the environment was nice. family friendly. not one of the premium resorts though.

Positives: -Room was spacious & clean-Very hospitable staffs-Food was delicious & restaurant space & ambience is good-Location is very convenient to must visit placesNegatives: -Room amenities are very basic-Very poor wifi network -Entry into resort is very narrow & difficult to navigate car-Kitchen didn't have chimneys & we got suffocated with spicy cooking while diningOverall it was basic resort experience

The resort is located between the coffee plantation. Very supportive staff with good hospitality at genuine cost. Food is very good and provides complementary tea and snacks in the evening. This is our second time when we visited the resort again and found a lot of variety in food.

Stay was OK
Rooms can be more cleaner as it has spider web
No mosquito nets on windows leading to less ventilation.
