washroom was not cleaned properly breakfast was not ready on time and all things for breakfast was not available we waited for 10 10 min for tea and all staff was not much coperative

wrong location in sabzi mandi , total chaos since early morning. hot water issue , very basic breakfast , very limited staffplease don't fool your clients with wrong and unethical practices

It was the worst hotel i visited. i selected room with bathtub, but hotel personnel didn't allowed us to use it. And no hot water was there in the time of my stay, this made me suffer as i was carrying my 9 month old son and in this cold weather it felt like a mental trauma. Please read before booking once again, I have had a very bad experience, this time my booking in the hotel on 2nd November 2024 was in suite family category, even after that they provided me Executive category room or even after requesting several times. I did not give this suit to someone else, I treated it as a customer, even after my booking, my suit room was changed because of this to someone. I want to rate this hotel Zero (0) star. One of their staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Hotel was not hygienic, houseflies were everywhere in the hotel. I booked breakfast with hotel booking. Breakfast timing was 7:30 A.M. But their cook or chef was not till 8:00 A.M. So breakfast start time will be approx 9:00 A. M. And I did check out without breakfast while I paid for it.

Staff is very good & cooperative bt the property dnt match with pic & crown plaza There is no cattle in room n no proper toiletryTowel are nt clean they are yellowish in color nt white Plz try to improve We can say "maza ni aaya ' crown plaza
