Please improve the service quality and Welcome to Guest.
No Welcome drink and no one happy smile face.
Hotel is Good and Restaurant Food also delicious. someone refer me staying this hotel.
Manager and Hotel staff is sad sad.
Missing the happiness.

stay is good , Rooms are like cottage , so space and room size is small , Service is good , staff behaviour is good, Costly as compared to Room size and facilities, you can get Bigger rooms in less price

I had to cancel booking 1 day prior to checkin due to death in family however even after too many request, hotel did not grant refund for booking even after providing all proofs.
In such exceptional scenario, Hotels and platforms do grant refunds to ease burden on customer however did not got any support from Hotel.
No empathy towards customer sufferings so would definately not recommend this Hotel.

Good, very clean bathroom, helpful staff, good service staff.
But they need to update the contact numbers on website also. I had 3 nos with me, none of them responded for my multiple telecalls from previous day till I made entry. This is not expected after a booking done.

We were a group of 4 women and had booked the deluxe cottage and basic room.
The rooms were clean although we had to ask the staff to get the basic stuff like toiletries & washroom mat.
Service was good and prompt, they even provided bonfire.
The complimentary breakfast did have a good variety however it looks like the chef couldn't make up their mind about the amount of salt to be added. Some days they added too much, other days, the dishes were pretty bland.
Overall the location and service and safety wise, this is a pretty good choice.
