i stay in 703 room, the room was an isssue of frequent ELCB breaker failure, i had manually turn back on the breaker to get electricity back.
Tv was not working, on the first of my stay i have told the issue but they didnt resolved the situation
And the bathrooms are really old, it was clean but need renovations

stayed here for two days and I’d like to share both the positive and negative sides of my experience.
Positives:
• The location is excellent.
• The staff and their hospitality are truly amazing — everyone is very friendly and helpful.
• The view from some floors is beautiful; you can enjoy a nice view of Calicut Beach right from your room.
Negatives:
• They currently don’t have full-fledged hotel facilities, but I think they are working on it.
