Horrible experience. The man at reception was super rude. The rooms were filthy and were broken from everywhere. The extra mattress that they gave was hard as rock. When asked to change that then got the answer to checkout and ask for the refund. The hotel was nothing like it is shown in the pics. The rooms had no ventilation. Person smoking in the next room will make u a passive smoker because the smoke was entering our room too which had 2 kids in it. Everything and every complaint had one ans ...more
