Stay was good. Hotel is located in a peaceful corner of Manali. Rooms were spacious neat and clean. Food is also very good with very less spices.

tranquill inn is my worst stay experience of my life. they rate thereself 4 star but they don't deserve it

Rooms are spacious for that i will give 4 stars, but room service was pathetic, water bottles they kept in room was dirty stinky water not even RO water available at hotel. FOR FOOD QUALITY AND KITCHEN HYGIENE ZERO STARS , ALL FOOD THEY ARE PROVIDING ARE MADE WITH PALM OIL THEY SERVED US PARATHAS WHICH WERE STINKIN OF PALM OIL AND NOBODY CAN EAT IT. VERY POOR FOOD AND KITCHEN HYGIENE. HALWA WAS ALSO MADE IN POOR QUALITY PALM OIL

Hotel is good and place is silence, but way to hotel is very frisky due to small roads in old manali crossing 4wheels vehicles is frisky. Otherwise hotel stay is comfortable.

Things that were not so good:
1. Wifi did not work the entire time
2. Rooms were smelling when we came, had to ask for cleanup, got better after that
3. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Very limited options. Food quality decent. Had to call manager to request omelette did not serve without that.
4. Lights went off during evening. No power backup.
5. Bisleri, Dental Kit, other kits are paid. Free RO water available only.
6. Slightly far from mall road and river is not visible from balcony.

This Hotel experience is pathetic. Service is not good and won't even give packed mineral water. There is no one available at reception counter to address your urgent needs. Room access gets revoked each time you enter. No public convenience to reach the hotel at night. Literally had to walk 2 KM in the night at 11 PM to reach there and surrounded by jungle dogs. Not safe as well. No security at all.
