Horrible room , service is horrible , ac not working in room after several Complain they don’t bother to change room rather just sent technician that ac will be good. No towels in room. Glass in rooms to be charged rs. 50 for use. Worst ever service

Location is outside city, so most can drivers refused to go to the hotel. Facade and ambience needs maintenance. There is no hot water in rooms after repeated repair works. Carpets are dirty. Towels are old and pale. Recreation activities are chargeable. Not worth the money they charge. Travel desk is knowledgeable but mostly discouraging guests to use their services.

property was outstanding! the property truly stands out with its excellent ambience and impressive entrance. the staff was very courteous, and overall, i had a great time at the resort. everything from the hospitality to the atmosphere was top-notch. however, i did face an issue with the food quality. i had both dinner and breakfast during my stay, and unfortunately, the food didn’t feel fresh and lacked the taste and quality that matched the high standard of the property. i believe the resort ...more

i stayed for 2 nights from 26th january to 28th january , on second day management shifted my 2 rooms out of my presence, in that i lost my face wash , body cream , tooth paste which were not expensive but these items were special for me , because I brought these things from Canada. very poor management of this umeed palace
