property was outstanding!
the property truly stands out with its excellent ambience and impressive entrance. the staff was very courteous, and overall, i had a great time at the resort. everything from the hospitality to the atmosphere was top-notch.
however, i did face an issue with the food quality. i had both dinner and breakfast during my stay, and unfortunately, the food didn’t feel fresh and lacked the taste and quality that matched the high standard of the property.

i stayed for 2 nights from 26th january to 28th january , on second day management shifted my 2 rooms out of my presence, in that i lost my face wash , body cream , tooth paste which were not expensive but these items were special for me , because I brought these things from Canada. very poor management of this umeed palace

Horrible experience. Receptionist Mr Vivek was very rude and not adhere with the policy. I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child but at the hotel, he was charging for an extra bed which was already included in the booking. I have to sleep in a single bed with my child. It was only harassment. Only the breakfast was good. Room condition is also average. The condition of the Iron and hair dryer was very pathetic.
