The lights went out at night for hours on end.. no one was there to help the guests...we had to come out with other family at 2am to search for the staff who had disappeared...at reception a kid was present who said he did not know how to operate the generator so he didn't and went back to sleep...very disturbing and scary experience we had...when we confronted the staff in morning they were very nonchalant about it and didn't give it much concern.

exceptional experience in chakrata!
we took a late-night leap of faith, booking this property randomly without checking in, and boy, were we in for a treat! this hidden gem in chakrata exceeded our expectations in every way.
the location is perfect - nestled close to chirmiri top and the market, offering breathtaking views from all sides. but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality.
