water tap was chocked, bedsheets and blanket was not washed, service was third class, no single percent satisfaction against booking amount, although i think goibibo is responsible for this kind wastage of money๐๐

On arrival, the person at the desk didn't know where to look for our booking and told us that we had no booking. He had to call another person and then acknowledge that, yes, we indeed had a booking. It took almost 25 minutes to sort this out for a booking! The management is poor, but some staff members are very helpful and cooperative. When we found a soiled spoon placed on top of a clean spoon pile, we showed it to a staff member from the kitchen. He didn't even say sorry. Instead, he just pic ...more

Room was good and spacious. Room service was quick. Hotel staff was very cooperative.provided snacks bucket they are charging twice the MRP.Food was really good.
