Nice clean room and spacious washroom. Room service was efficient and staff are quite polite and friendly. Breakfast spread is decent. You get eggs and dosa on order .

It can not be a 3 star property... it's a worst hotel. Room color is damaged on Window end... no hot water was available though it was around 10.30 AM. It was quite sunny... but the answer that we got is.. its winter season so hot water may not come..
Really? so when do you need it in Summer?
They then provided a rod heater which required power socket and it wasn't available in room, and no other socket could fit it.
Breakfast was good, that is the only good part so adding one more star and making it one star.

I have always found staying in this hotel to be very convenient, comfortable and value for money. Location is very nicely balanced between calm environment and busy roads. There are excellent food joints in 5 mins walking distance radius. Public transport is also 5 mins walk away. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is boring, better to avoid. There was problem with hot water in washroom It was irregular, when available. It was not available at all in evening, and even in morning, it was not hot enough.
