Please avoid this hotel in Srinagar. There are many good hotels at this same price point. Not even worth for 1000rs. You can't expect a warm room max 19 degree at room that too till morning. Shower was a total joke.. The staffs sorry for them they couldn't do anything.. Faulty warmer and poor plumbing..

The room is good but the staff and manager don't have any manners. night me 2:30 baje room ka door knock kar rahe h and bol rahe h fire safety ka kam chal raha h I was with my family. and also service is very slow ek chai k liye 1 hour wait karna padta h

the hotel room was spacious and the hotel entrance was good and overall the hotel looks good and these are the only pros. however there are many cons and i have listed them below. 1. foul smelly bathroom. there is no air freshner also in it. 2. ⁠there is no mat outside the bathroom, towel rod is not installed in bathroom, there was no dental kit provided. i feel that i have been charged obnoxiously high for the quality of stay provided.

we have many problems like light frequently cut, door is not working properly, breakfast is not good, price is too high as per service they provide.lunch and dinner is limited food they provide. average
