we had stayed there for a night for our bhimashankar visit, the deluxe room did not have hot water facility, which is the most basic need. we had to use cold water before going to the temple. the toilet flush had no flow either. So the only basic need was not there. room was also dusty.
also since 3 am there was constant power cut in every 5 minutes.
the only good thing which deserves some appreciation was the food. it was homely and delicious.

we have booked wooden cottage but they told us that we had booked delux room without any amenities and they charged extra 700 to upgrade it in tree house.
bedsheets and towels are dirty even venomous snakes are their inside the play area.
they took all the amount in their personal account 😕.
not recommended to anyone.
