Amazing service. Aruna the room service person did a great job, the operators assisted really well and were swift in their response, the drop to station was arranged with kindness by mr. Pachaiyappan. Overall the breakfast,toom service , the ambience and the staffs were wonderful and worth the stay. Amazing service, calmness and kindness.

Stay experience was fantastic, It was really good room condition, breakfast, service and so on were very nice. Overall experience from arrival to till check out it was hustle free. If I would go to personal trip at Chennai again, I hope to revisit here again. I really appreciate their service. Front desk staff was quite good in nature. Thanks to entire hotel staff also special thanks to Manisha & Shreya from front desk. They was good in behavior and served politely.

The hotel needs a lot of perfection for its 5 star rating.. So many flaws and faults in the rooms and its maintenance. I had to change two rooms during my stay. TV, A/c, taps, lights, switches etc.. all these have to be maintained periodically... which they dint... Expected a peaceful pleasant stay... but just had a stay... slightly disappointed.... ok...

We booked a room in Westin to unwind with our kids (1 yr old and 3 yr old), and we were so looking forward to a relaxed stay before we hit the road to head back to Bangalore. We booked the king room with tub cos my kids love to play in water. When we opened the tap, this is what we saw, murky dirty water filled the tub. Worst experience.

It was overall a good experience, room cleanliness, staff courtesy, views from the room and not the least, best dining experience. Overall a Great stay here in Westin Chennai. Good atmosphere to be, for kids.
