I booked all three room categories at this hotel. The attic rooms were average, but the premium and family suites were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel, especially since it’s within walking distance of all the major attractions in Manali. They could just improve their breakfast buffet a bit, and it would truly feel like a luxury hotel.

Very very very poor service. Most disgusting and irritating stay it was. Rooms are not at all well maintained. The staffs are full of sarkari attitude with lots of arrogance. No hospitality at all. The service is next level poor and pathetic

there was no mug in bathroom... service was poor ...no one was picking phone at room service at 11.30 pm coz we need water...and reception phone was not working....30rs water bottle was charged 40 rs...chk in time 1 hr late means 1.00pm and chkout was 1 hr earlier means 11.00 am ... overall experience was not good ...the room was at 3rd floor and there is no lift.

The hotel's exterior ambiance is very appealing, and its location is excellent, being near Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, and Mall Road. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the room. It was small and had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was extremely cramped and barely usable. A plus point is their restaurant food tastes really good.
