wild crest has a few things going for it. the location is great - next to a number of safari spots. the garden and landscaping is amazing (the gardener deserves a salary raise). the rock façades, the bungalow designs, the swimming pool - they're all very nice. but. the service is markedly below pa. the staff is rude, and except for maybe one or two people, doesn't seem to care if a guest is comfortable or not. they've builta nice hotel, but don't seem to have staff trained for it. also, parking ...more

Overall it's too good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has all the required amenities including dental kit, shower cap, soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc, there is also an operational bath tub inside. The sitting area outside the room is too cosy. I love the swimming pool.
The whole area is full of greenery with fresh air and the birds are chirping all throughout, just love the environment which is so calm and relaxing. Just loved the ambience of the place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are super delicious.

We stayed in hotel for 2 days. It was nice experience for children. Resort is well maintained and full of greenery and amazing flowers. Swimming pool gives additional charm to location. Staff was good and food quality nice.
