Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All
I had a terrible stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The air conditioning was not working when I checked in. Despite repeatedly requesting assistance, the staff only managed to fix it after 3 to 4 hours of continuous complaints—finally at 3:00 a.m.! It was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially during the night.
The overall room condition was also very bad. An electric socket was hanging loose from the wall ...more

One of my WORST experiences.
1. When I reached, the room that I got was totally different from what was shown in the pictures. I booked a Deluxe Family Room while my friends booked a Deluxe Room with Balcony. In the pictures, the only difference shown between the 2 kinds of rooms was that Family Room was shown more spacious.
