location was fantastic, staff was also good but rooms size are very very short according to hotel price I think it's overpriced food was also very average quality

we booked a twin bedroom, i.e family room with two double beds. when we reached at the property we were given a normal double bed room and one bed was arranged in the same small room which it a little congested. I am disappointed because the what we booked we did not get at this huge price. if there is a disagreement between the property owner

Awesome resort and well designed rooms and amenities. With play area for kids and adults, bonfire place. Morning can see from window and balcony Himalayas. Food and restaurant is good. Personal attention by owner for small things. A perfect host for everything

This was a kind of hotel, where the cleanness is not properly maintained,We have tried the food as well the quality was not up to the mark but the price was okay.The location was convenient.Overall an average stay for us. And please its a request do post the real pictures of the hotel in the site, it was completely different.

The hotel is good, however the ambiance is not as per rate they have charged.Food was good & even the location was also good.Room was quite good and it was neat & clean. Everything is fine but if talk about the price I feel they are charging higher than what they are providing.Overall a pleasant experience.

It is a resort cum hotel.Room was good and the amenities whatever provided was good as well.Location was bit far from the main city, it takes around approximately half an hour to visit there.Food was also very good in taste & quality. The staffs were very polite & cooperative & even the services were also very fast.It was overall a budget trip for me.

One of the best hotel to stay in Ranikhet, a very close to nature and recommended to all who love nature, greenery and noise-free atmosphere. I had recently visited Ranikhet with my family and had a wonderful experience staying here. Staff was very courteous, rooms were good with attached balcony and garden view. Hotel has own parking space. Had overall nice stay and will recommend to all.

Location was good. Staff was good also. We ordered for bonfire but it was cancelled because of climate. Swimming pool was not available. Free Wi-Fi was available. In terms of security it was good.
