I had a bad experience with Thenmala Eco Resort.
I booked 2 nights through the Goibibo app and trusted the app, so I didn’t contact the hotel directly. My booking was for the 19th of this month. When I arrived, the hotel staff told me they had not accepted the booking and claimed they had already informed Goibibo.
But on my app, the booking status was still showing as confirmed.
I believe the real reason was because it was a Saturday (weekend), and they wanted to earn more money. After maki ...more

it was a wonder place to explore nature.. room was neatly maintained.. its is best place for family and also couples to stay and enjoy the nature.. service was excellent, easy to access nearest view points especially the inhouse jinkalala restaurant, served delicious authentic kerala food
