I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hotel Thomas, Manali. Everything from the warm hospitality to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was truly impressive. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The rooms were excellent. it was spacious and the all the amenities were provided. you'll definitely get a warm shower and a good night's sleep here. The food was also great. The mall road is a 5 minutes drive away. The staffs were polite.

Extremely nice hotel, Received a nice Welcome. The Location is just Fantastic. Also situated near to mall road, Room was big and well decor even more pleasurable with view of mountains. Also a mimdblowing view of Apple orchids .Very good quality of food, Courteous staff, every thing is so good here. I really enjoyed my stay in Thomas Villa.

Had a really wonderful experience at Thomas Villa. The food here is superbly amazing and the staff is very cooperative and friendly. The location is bit tough but is close to the mall road (only 2 kms). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel after coming to manali. :-)

totally disappointed with the stay at thomas villa. rooms were very unhygienic and not cleaned properly even after many reminders. quality of towels was very poor. only plus point was food, which was good. very far from mall road . you can't go mall road without booking auto or taxi. road to property was very poor in condition and was muddy. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. more options can be explored.

Hotel is Deep inside Manali & far away from City centre & hotel offers almost no view of mountains and vyas river in Manali
Food is extremely good, Jain Food is great, Staff & owner are very co-operative,
Luxury Rooms were good, everything Is Good about hotel except the Location of the Hotel
Hotels Hospitality, Food, warmness & their co-operation
