staff on the reception is so rude and they are not offering the parking place also if we ask to the security’s he said us to park somewhere in the next lane and come . and washrooms need to be maintained

All Employees from top to bottom are Highly Professionals.Only Problem is CAR PARKING PLACE for two vehicles only which is not suitable for this High quality Maintained 3 Star Hotel otherwise 5 Star rating.No Negative points interms of Facilities and food quality

I am fully satisfied with the stay, the room was clean, neat and well-maintained. Room service was also good and professional. The staff were welcoming and responsive. Food was tasty, overall it was a good and positive experience.

Hotel is new and at heart of the city. There is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel. Hotel has ample parking facility. However the price of the hotel is higher than the standard they are offering.

Not really helpful staff, we asked to turn AC on before 30min we are about to arrive location, we understand their policies but the answer was very rude.
After checking in, the curtains were not good and they changed the room again, the tinted fabric on both comforter and the pillow covers were not comfortable, didnt had a great stay.

Room ambience and cleanliness is good. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Staff are decent in behaviour. Dinner in the restaurant was great. Only unhappy thing is they don’t provide 24 hours checkout. I had to pay 2 days rent for less than 24 hours stay.
