experience of stay is horrible family should never stay .team to never book such type of hotels for familyatmosphere & cleaning cigrate smoke is every where in hotel as bar is there in hotel

My stay was the most unpleasant I've ever had. The room was infested with mosquitoes and insects, and the overall cleanliness was terrible, from the bed linens and pillows to the condition of the bed itself. The bathroom was also very dirty, with a non-functional flush. I requested a kettle to prepare milk formula for my child, but the hotel didn't have one. To top it off, during the checkout process, there was no one available at the reception in the morning.
I will not recommend this hotel for stay.
Only one thing like here is the food. It was good .

Please do not opt this hotel,it is kind of 500 600 rs type of hotel who took 1800 plus taxes from me.Its is low standard dormitory.

No room service starts before 9 A.M., no staff takes ownership to attend calls and taken calls are unattended. No hot water availability and they say thermal geyser available.

Overall average, response is good from the hotel staff but so many ants in the bathroom & room. It should be improved. Room quality is not upto the mark.
