I had a very bad experience with this hotel...As I started journey late..I called the hotel from the morning to inform them .. but didn't attend the call till night.. the concerned person will take other phones . but not mine . when I reached the hotel . there was no reception... We tried to get help from security. but he was drunked and said get out in very bad language.. I was not able to check in.. very bad customer support.. I need my money refund

I booked two rooms for my family four days prior. When arrived at the hotel with my family, they denied to give rooms. They said all rooms are full. The attender said the owner did not inform the hotel about booking. We had a very difficult time finding another hotel at that night.Please don't book. You will have bitter experience.
