Very poor service, except room size and swimming pool everything not up to the mark. Bad room service, no receptionist available, no restaurant

The rooms were not worth ... per night , there was no electric kettle in room , no morning tea or coffee service, lift was not working 2 nd day , the approach road is not motorable, no proper parking space

Touchstone hotel did not provide basic facilities also like shampoo, soap, bathroom slippers, etc. TV had only Tamil programs, no wifi facility. Room was not cleaned in 2 days stay. Food was not up to the mark. The hotel was a disappointment for me!

we enjoyed the stay in Touch stone Resort. Swimming pool was real fun for us. Food is really amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩

The rooms don't have or insufficient on some basic amenities like a. Dressing table is missing b. No mirror c. cubboord is small and is of no use.

Good spacious rooms. Very good staff attitude/courtesy. Breakfast good - lunch/dinner average for vegetarians.
Bid costly at 4k/day.
