Bad behaviour by reception staff.. Windows of rooms are not covered by glass so cold air coming in room in this winter, overnight I feel like stay on road. when asked on reception for solution he denied straight and ask me that why booked this room.

there are showing too many amenities is wifi, shower, laundry and much more there are nothing such things, price its actual price will be 400 with tax instead of+ not auditing properly very bad experience
