the only good thing about this hotel is the location.
everything else is very bad,
1. the receptionist had no clue about the bookings.
2. the locks are broken and the repair done is absolutely worthless.
3. the rooms needed a coat of paint very badly. the walls were stained
4. bathroom was not clean.
5. availability of hot water was also an issue.
the reception and room services were literally absent.
it’s is better to avoid this hotel

worst experience.
- dangerous parking
- mentioned in goibibo as queen bed. but only got two beds
- breakfast was mentioned in goibibo. but they didn't provide when asked
- staff was rude
- starring whenever entering the hotel
- not supportive for parking
- last time my car paint got damaged due to the parking structure. worst one
- overall experience is very worst

It was a nice stay, though it's a budget friendly hotel, they provided basic amenities however don't expect for kettle or mineral water. Toilet was neat and clean, hot water available 24*7, view was good. Also one good thing is the hotel is near to the bus stand and railway station. Staffs were very helpful.

tjis is very bad experiences in this hotel in room no water bottles ceiling broken Ac not working there taking to much money but facility is not there ..my self nanku im housekeeping supervisors im working at ginger hotel .but k never forget this experience

I paid for AC room, but non-AC room was only provided. No money was refunded for this. Hotel said AC not working, Wi-fi was also not working for most of the time. Hotel person asked not to book,
