room smell is very bad, as if the room was used for a long time. Inspite of advance payment also, they have not reserved rooms. they have arranged one room with extra bed.
not suitable for family. Geyser is not working. no srinking water, no kettle. room size is deluxe but facilities are not.

property manager is saying no rooms and not accepting the booking and when spoke to customer he is saying he will refund the amount this is how you treat the customer who trust you and book the hotel this is really bad

They are deceiving customers.but during check-in, they force you to pay extra money.They make various excuses to charge customers more.The rooms have a bad smell, and the bathroom is in poor condition.The staff's behavior is unacceptable. Worst experience ever.Couples should also visit at their own risk.

Bad experience. Asked to pay extra and staff is kinda rude. He asked to stop and wait outside of the door until he finish his work ( though there is waiting hall)
