one of the worst experience hotel staff is just busy watching tv no proper service old guy on the reception just arguing everything
have to ask for towel and soap
and I. that also they are saying they don't provide it
we paid for good room but they were trying to give ground floor room with no windo

It's very difficult finding the hotel as the name of that hotel was something else. . 3) Not as per the pics shown, No in room facilities , No kettle , No restaurant ( order from outside ,they have kept a menu) , No mineral water ( available on purchase)Food quality poor .they have provided only a towel and a small soap . No other toiletries.4) Though it's seems a new property so ,room is ok ,bed ok but floor mats poor and dirty , no almirah,just a hanger kooks on the door. AC ok. TV not working, asking many times but not even bothered, wifi was there but not provided even after asking.
