the entrance is small with a steep stair to climb. the reception to room's floor a lift is available . the corridors are very narrow and toilets not very clean.on the whole the stay was not comfortable .

My experience is very bad about the stay, The bed was very dirty ,the bedsheet was torn,the Almira to put was broken completely and no room service phone was not available that time and the behaviour of hotel staff was very bad.SHARAD CHOUDHARY

I had a very disappointing experience. The room was very small and dirty. There was a safety issue because the lock on the room was damaged. Although the bill included a complimentary breakfast, I was charged Rs 150 for it. I spoke with Customer Care over the phone, and she informed me that she had arranged for my breakfast to be complimentary after speaking with the hotel. However, the hotel manager told me that no such conversation took place. As a result, I had to pay Rs 150 for breakfast. This has been the worst experience I’ve had."
