it was a fantastic stay. location and quality of room were excellent. hotel staff were very courteous. only negative point was, their kitchen was not operational. rest was excellent.

There is no restaurant in hotel even TV is not working and when I ask for the same to the Manager he said it will be done in few months. Then why I pay that much only for room.

I'm so glad I chose Hotel Super Townhouse Oak Dharamshala near Maximus Mall for my stay! The rooms were incredibly spacious and hygienic, exceeding my expectations.
The best part? The affordability! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal in the area.

stay was comfortable except for the hot water issues i faced. actually the hotel is at a great location with very specious rooms and staff is friendly too specially pankaj & amit but i think the management should look into the maintenance of the property specifically plumbing’s are needed to be looked after well as there’s not much water pressures in the showers and unfortunately no taps and buckets so even if one try to have bucket showers then also not possible. food haven’t tried so i am not sure about it.

Extremely bad property . first they refused to allow my friend though booking was for 2 guest. later with intervention they aLowed my companion.
they did not provided 2 complementary water bottle in the room .
the food was stale and extremely bad. my companion fell sick after checking out and required medical treatment due to loose motions and low bp. courtesy stale food. I ordered fruit salad. there no fruit to name . it was served hot though custerd is served cold .
they refused to serve ice cubes.
they refused the request to help getting cigarette from nearby shop

Overall experience is good. I love the location as its nearby market and its the centre of every nearby attractions. I must recommend everyone. Nice hotel with clean rooms and tasty food.

It was a pathetic stay at Hotel Royal Castle (we booked it for 2 night stay), there was no staff to attend the guests no house keeping staff (security guard use to do the house keeping), receptionist is also the restaurant attendent, waiter & manager, if you order food It will take minimum 1 hour to be served and if you want some additional things beyond your first order then you will never get it (food quality is good), no exhaust fan in washrooms which make them odourfull everytime and rooms ...more
