I liked the hotel for its clean rooms and washrooms, and the staff is very friendly as well.
Ganga ji, is very near from this hotel so that's a plus point.

it is situated off the main road, no drinking water, no tea before 10.00am, food is not available ,room was clean, pillow was dirty, no toiletries. need improvement.

very poor service just ridiculous.
they dnt full fill even a single amenities mentioned,
no kitchen
no towel
no water
no checkin log
poor cleaness
no attendant
no soap
no value for customer they kept us stand for 2 hr for check in because they were sleeping inside but didn't come out for checkin.
not recommended for even a hr.
pathetic.
poorest stay I ever had.

sabke kharab hotel hai Rishikesh me ap sab se request hai yaha kabhi nahi stay kare. na ac chalta hai na reception pe koyi rahta hai

Room was nice but after my visit no one came for cleaning and my room remain dirty till stay. Also, no one helped us for food facilities. Stay was not up to the mark. They need some improvements for house keeping and guest requirements.

Nice stay. clean room and toilets. Its less than 3 kms from AIIMS Rishikesh. The owner and the staff are helpful. Food takes a bit longer than you'd expect. Overall, satisfied.
