Very bad experience. Manager and the receptionist were very rude. . But after we reached the location and went for check in, that receptionist demanded extra payment, and now you have to pay extra. He also mentioned that we need to give a confirmation call before coming and we are not supposed to directly come to the location. We made the extra payment and showed digital ID proofs. That receptionist agreed with the digital proof and later that manager came and started shouting that digital proof ...more

worst stay... rooms were not cleaned and very bad customer service.We booked the rooms via goibibo and they have asked additional rupees before checkin. But we havent provided. And the rooms were not worth the money that we paid.

The hotel's location was perfect for our stay, being within walking distance of key attractions, dining, and shopping. Our room offered a fantastic city view, and the staff provided helpful recommendations.
