Bed sheets not fresh, water leakage in washroom, early checkin denied at even 12:30 pm, no ac or fan in the lobby/reception area.. staff doesn't have authority for even small service.. overall not satisfied..

Like I always said One of the best hotel in Dimapur, Everything is Excellent,Staff are sooo helpful,Foods are really tasty n sooo Yummy, Complementary breakfast just Wow, about rooms Neat & clean with all modern facilities....I would like to Thanks from bottom of my heart to Entire teams of Hotel TRAGOPAN...

Stay was good its an average hotel They can improve their service by adding more things in Breakfast menu Overall it was nice Not so good not so bad

overall experience was Superb, Rooms are big, clean,&well maintained, Staffs are so helpful, Restaurant was very good👍 food was tooo Good & So Yummy you must try CHICKEN SANDWICH.. I just say Awesome,but plzz serve with French fries they have coffe shop were you can get varieties of coffee. My stay in hotel TRAGOPAN was superb, Room was so neat & clean with all Facilities, like Complementary waters bottle, Tea kettle with milk, coffee etc etc, Food was tooo Yummy, Complementary breakfast was too good lots of options from Paratha, Toast, fresh cut fruits, choice of Eggs. at last not to forget there Cappuccino was extraordinary dam good, far far better than Cafe coffee days, Must try once, rest staff are too helpful I have some issue with Hot waters, but quick response from the Recep ...more

awesome hotel near by railway station rooms are very neat and clean staff behavior very nice. And food is too nice get proper north indian taste in dishes I ordered
