rude staff... service was not good... my mother went there for appointment in near by hospital.. so local relatives wanted to meet her but hotel staff was so rude with them

Too much smells of smoking in room and lobby also.the bathroom is clean but also same problem.room is too compact and club room is not like display pictures.

the hotel was nice and the room was very clean as well bit the receptionist was rude and did not know how to talk to guests. and also they charge you for just getting the plates which i haven’t seen anywhere else. other than that the stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was very good best place to stay in center of ahmedabad only the bathroom has waterlogging issue
