main road to hotel journey is horiable, no proper road, with the entire journey, for aged people is life threat. When you reach there no chance to return to outside, because they provide you only pickup and drop.

An excellent property to spend blissful time, away from all hustle bustle. It's within the binsar sanctuary with an exciting drive within the reserve. The last 600 mts aren't for the faint hearted! The resort takes care of that..
Loved the property and the area around.. one can easily spend two days without needing to step out anywhere!
The rooms are well kept and comfortable with a royal touch to them and ask the interiors..

it is on too high to go by a normal car,must be off roader,must go with two or more family,no any other option for fooding.its lot of natural beauty,sun rise,sun set , every thing is netural.great experience..
too much on hight,no other fooding option, nothing for kids entertainment.if any body want peace then it Better option,other wise...

TOL Grand Oak Manor is a 2 star property with a 5 star staff hospitality.
1.Room comfort is poor but their staff do their best to elevate your experience.
2.Approach road is very tricky but if you are off-roading lover, you gonna love it.
3. food is very good.
4. one thing which is not covered generally in reviews that apart from hotel bill, you have to pay for forest entry fee as well which will be 150 per person plus 250 per vehicle.

Adventerous roads with extra charges for entry in wildlife Sanctuary.
No accommodation for drivers which comes with an additional expenses.
Food is ok type.
Staff is good
Extra charges for room service which goes on negative side.
