it was a great stay. wonderful weather and we enjoyed a alot. just one thing that there should be few more options in breakfast and options in live counter too like dosa counter.
rest everything was amazing.

We booked the resort as it was our Anniversary trip. Our experience at the hotel was nice. The location and ambiance of the hotel was very good. Although it is an old style property the stay was cosy with all the basic amenities provided. It is 15 - 20 minutes walking distance to the Mall road shops and cafes. We booked the Junior Suite, the view from the room is beautiful and the room is spacious. The complimentary High tea in the package was great. The staff and service was good and helpful.

The hotel is nestled between the mountains.View from the entire property is phenomenal. Rooms were clean and the staff was humble and helpful.

2 major highlights of this property were good tasty food and location. apart from that were were disappointed with service and rooms. Rooms are old and not maintained properly..water was leaking in the bathroom.
Toiletries were not refilled...we did not have fridge in our room. we had to repeatedly request for things.
The property was not worth the amount we paid

the hotel is very near to the mussorrie mall road. the staff at the hotel is super co operative... the rooms are spacious with an amazing view... the food is great.. we were here to celebrate the first birthday of our son and the staff decorated our room with a cute birthday cake complementary for us.. the staff co operated us with all our requests to make our stay comfortable with our baby... would definitely recommend !
