Bathroom was not clean and tv and ac remote was not working properly and even we order food and they brought used plates with oil all over the plates and lastly the behaviour was very rude cheap staff

I had a very bad experience in the hotel, the water in the bath was hot and the geyser was not working. I had to call four times to get a bottle of water.According to the per day charges of the hotel, the breakfast was not sufficient, he was giving 20 rupees per day and he was also sharing a photo of him who was given a bread sandwich for one day and did not eat it.

Positives- Very good location, Accessible Restaurants/ hospitals/ ATMS/Medical Shops nearby, Parking outside or on road, Central place to various site seeing. Ok for 1 night stay. Negative- Nothing relates to a 3 star hotel, Absence of Cleanliness across room, bed sheets, washrooms, No towels, Breakfast is a joke, No professional Management

I stayed for a night on my break journey. I booked a room for 3. The room was good, but the AC wasn't working. I got the room changed. The restaurant is pure veg, and the food was tasty. The staff is very cooperative. The location is in the middle of the city so it is approachable from everywhere.
