we could not connect to the hotel through treebo number. the hotel switched off the ac at 5 am. the hotel access from the road for cars is inconvenient.the car parking access is a shabby street with stray dogs around. moment you step out of the room, gives an unpleasant feeling as the corridor has a bad odour.
there is no restaurant in this hotel and the breakfast will be ordered from an outside source and will be available by 08:30 to 09:30 am. so if we had to check-out early, we have to forego ...more

Booked a room at Treebo D Grand, Madurai with all details but while check in hotelier asked to pay extra amount for my 9 year old kid. It’s not fair and as we’ve already tired and not enough time we adjusted with the hotel

verppy bad experience in this treebo hotel.i book many times treebo hotel but this hotel is no soo good for breakfast.location is very bad.not visible from the road .they advertise d breakfast which was nothing more than instant powder milk and tea the check in was also very bad no reception in down stairs .no kichen in this hotel . purchase street food only idle and wada no bread jam no egg no butter bread.you still have to climb up a flight of stairs and we had to carry most of our luggage u ...more

our family had a terrible experience staying at treebo d grand in madurai. as we were traveling for a pilgrimage, we expected a comfortable, hassle-free stay, but unfortunately, this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare.
1. damp, unhygienic rooms: the rooms were in a deplorable condition, with visible seepage and a musty odor throughout. it felt like we were staying in a damp basement, and the overall cleanliness was shocking.

the rooms were okay, but i had to pay an additional 1000 inr plus tax at the hotel for my son the booking confirmation indicated that he could be accommodated without extra charges. however, the hotel owner was inflexible and insisted that their policy stated otherwise.i personally suggest that if the owner wants to run his hotel independently
