I got a pathetic service…. I didn't t get the room which was mentioned and booked . No proper service…Not at all suggest this hotel.I got an arrogant experience from the Hotel Asst. General Manager.

The stay was good. The rooms were so clean, neat and tidy. The blankets and pillows were good too. Had enough space in the room. The amenities provided were satisfactory. The location of the hotel is apt closer to both bus stand and railway station. The breakfast can be improved.

Self & wife stayed there for 1 night. Regarding the amenities provided, the receptionist said only 1 bottle of drinking water is free and for extra bottle I have to pay. Afterall I have paid for 2 person's stay and is it not minimum courtesy to offer min 2 bottles of drinking water?Then the toiletries. Only 2 pieces of soap like stuff is provided. No dental kit, shower cap, gel etc. The great receptionist says we have to make a "request" for getting it! Here again, it's ridiculous.If u r a Keral ...more
