the hotel was on 3rd floor and the lift was out of order.on my request i was shifted to an adjacent hotel, the first room alloyed to me , was ac room but ac did not work, shifted to 2nd room but there were no charging points. then shifted to third room and slept there but during check out i found my sports shoe was filled by water as their room ac water had dripped the whole night and was collected in my sports shoe. the owner was same for both the properties.i requested for a wake up call but the staff forgot to wake me up.nevertheless the owner and the care taker were very polite to me.

superb experience, best staff behaviour and best location room cleanness is good also you can try his breakfast, giving best quality of breakfast... for audit purpose.

No Lift. Receptionist at the night was so rude. he don't care who you are where you come from. he is like yes ID, heres your room and keys. go. no hi jo hello rooms are very smelly. not clean and big as shown in pictures. no proper parking space. don't go for it

very bad experience. hotel situated at 3rd floor and lift not working from last 5 days. moreover hotel charge me early check-in by 1.30hour early.

I booked Treebo grand Lotus but the hotel says there is not room available.The hotel gave rooms in besides this premises. No Ac working nor Wifi working. Even the TV channel is also not charged. Washroom is smelling.👎

Very Very small room with small Almirah and no mirror so if you keep luggage room is over. Bed stuck to one side of the wall so you can get down from one side only. Dirty bathroom, water does not drain. AC takes time to cool. They showed lot of resistance in late checkout and I have to pay Rs.500 more although I booked room for 2 days and did late checkin at 11 pm on 1st day. Staff is not that cooperative and puts everything on manager who is absent at property. Hotel does not respond
