1. cleanliness should be improved. 2. The towel is in a torn condition. 3. Sofa and Chair is with dust. 4. Breakfast items are very limited and taste is sub standard except idly. 5. The cost- Benefit ratio is very very bad.

the place was pretty close to vit which is good, but the room wasn't clean, hair on pillows and towels, stains on the bed. could have been much more cleaner, but can't complain for the price.
