The hotel is very conveniently located , just around 300 meters from KR Puram (KJM) Metro and Railway Station, which made travel super easy. The staff were cooperative and helpful, and the room service was prompt and polite. They provide 2 complimentary water bottles per day (500ml each), which is appreciated but may not be sufficient for some guests. Stay away from this hotel. While I was away from the room for work, staff barged into the room and compromised the suitcase locks and opened one of the suitcases. I got to know because the lock codes had changed , they perhaps forgot what the original code was. No cleaning, no replenishing consumables in the room etc etc. Bed-sheet changed once in 10 days!!! Do you still want to go to this place!! Cherry on the cake, right in front of ghe hotel is a poop tank which the municipality folks opened and filled the entire hotel with stink!! Theft and stealing using duplicate leykey

Can you beat that?? While I was away for work, my room was barged into, lock of my suitcase opened and the code was changed , perhaps because the guy didn’t remember the code after it was compromised!! Housekeeping is shoddy!! Not proactive till you chase for it !! Coffee sachets were not replenished , water had to be asked for every day ….not at all good experience !!

I had a wonderful experience The place was peaceful and surrounded by nature. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the room was clean and cozy. It felt great to wake up to birdsong and fresh air. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!
