    Okay stay was wonderful ... room is very spacious neat and tidy... location is also in the centre of madivala easy to find out the hotel reception and the staff is very polite ...check in was very smooth... Bed and wash room is clean ... finally break fast is very good as it's a mallu restaurant we really enjoyed

    The room was ok, but the bed sheet was not fresh. Bathroom was just ok not so good. They can improve the cleanliness of bathroom and include more toiletries in bathroom.

    The rooms are good, with sleeping beds for 4 people. The only issue we faced are the same south indian foods daily. Also the weird habit of asking for payment in cash after each room service is a bit irritating. However, staffs are cordial and we didn't face much issues except above two peculiar things.
