RUDE AND WEIRD PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION...CHECKED IN LATE AT 5 PM REQUESTED TO EXTEND CHECKOUT ATLEAST BY AN HOUR, WHICH AS PER POLICY IT SAYS COMPLIMENTARY CHECKOUT. THEY SAID THERE IS NO SUCH COMPLIMENTARY CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT AND DENIED ASKED US TO CHECKOUT STRICTLY AT 11 AM. DENTAL KITS WERE NOT PROVIDED WE KEPT FOLLOWING UP FOR 5 TIMES...ROOMS WERE STINKY...WITH LOTS OF INSECTS.. RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS TO BOOK RENUKA HOTEL WHICH HAS FLEXIBLE CHECKIN CHECK OUT AND BETTER WHEN COMPARED WITH RECEPTION PEOPLE.

It was an average experience. Expectation was more...Go Ibibo offered complementary checkout, even though rooms were available and we checked in late i.e at 5 pm we were asked to check out sharp at 11.00PM, when asked about complimentary checkout they denied saying that they don't entertain such offers. Weird reception people...if someone checking in late you should be allowed to stay at least an additional hour. IT WAS TOO RUDE...Travellers can try Renuka Hotel which is more Flexible.
