Overall, the hotel was well-appointed and strategically located. However, there were some issues with cleanliness. Additionally, the TV and intercom were not functioning properly. we are many times a complaint issue but hotel staff are notified responding

they changed me 150 rupees for tea and coffee . which i never order yes they served me in the evening time . but at least this should be informed as well it’s chargeable or not

the worst. don't ever book there. tasteless food poor infrastructure on top of it their lights went off due to non payment of the bill. we got shifted to another property which was no good either.

mosquito was there and no assistance/response by hotel if you booked and one more panic points - I ask to arrange medicines from medical store , hotel staff told me that no staff is free here, you can give order from blinkit and once blinkit reached hotel then I instructed delivery boy to give the parcel at reception but hotel reception denied to pick from delivery boy very pathetic service and not good for family don't trust on hotel guysTV was there with out setup box

rooms and wash rooms are spacious and front office lady staff behavior feel good. rest all very bad. we booked 2rooms. ac remote and washroom light was not there in one room, service was very poor. rest of experience will tell u by photos which i am posting.overall bad experience

The hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Front desk helped us in doing online booking for the Agra tourist places. The hotel property has some basic issues which can be rectified by doing the regular maintenance.
